A FCFCG Networking Event - Friday 7 October 2011

At Scottish Natural Heritage Offices, Battleby, near Perth
There will be a variety of workshops, a chance to learn more about the Community Land Advisory Service, beekeeping, allotments, the Healthy Living Award and more. There will be case studies from a variety of community garden projects throughout Scotland and opportunities to network and meet like-minded people. The event is open to anyone interested or involved in community, therapeutic and allotment gardens. Apple Day Event - Saturday 22 October 2011

2pm to 5pm at the Floral Hall.
The Highland Council Ranger Team and the Biodiversity Officer are currently organising an Apple Day event at the Floral Hall.
They plan to encourage members of the public to come and take part in the activities and events based on the theme of apples. They are also trying to locate apple trees and orchards in the Highlands.

Inverness and Nairn Biodiversity Event - Tuesday 25 September 2011

7pm to 9.30pm at the SGL room, Eden Court, Inverness
A free, informal event where you can hear from local environmental groups, national agencies and initiatives about wildlife projects in Inverness and Nairn. A mix of short talks and stalls.

10am to 12 midday at North Kessock Community Hall down on the water front.
Come and have you apples turned into juice - and also buy from the stalls which can be selling: bread, vegetables, Indian food, plants, meat, cards, soaps, willow baskets etc.
